Intenso will wake you up and keep you going. It is a blend made with the Castillo and Caturra varieties of single-origin, high-mountain coffee and organically produced. After mixing it, we got a special blend for espresso lovers.
Medium-dark-bodied and full of brioche aroma, our Intenso Varietal of Colombian coffee beans offers subtle flavours of cola, dark malt, and dates. Our beans are certified by the Colombian Federation of Coffee Growers, a quality benchmark.
Because it is a medium-dark coffee, you can use it in your Espresso machine but also for those who want to enjoy a coffee with intense notes, you can prepare this coffee in your Chemex, French press, V60, etc.
Although it has a medium-dark roast, this coffee is stomach-friendly, has a good body, and most importantly, it is delicious.

Prices (Tax Included). Our Caturra Varietal of Colombian coffee beans will awaken your senses with intense flavours of cherry, caramel, and white chocolate. This diverse blend of flavours has made it a symbol for coffee grown in the region.
Our Caturra varietal is single-origin specialty coffee. Each bean is individually selected and processed by hand by our montañeros partners. We purchase all our coffee within 6 weeks of being harvested, which means your coffee is fresh, healthy, and of the highest quality.

Prices (Tax Included). Castillo is a varietal of the Arabica species that produces unique profiles in each cup. It is certified by the Colombian Coffee Growers Federation, a quality benchmark.
This varietal grows in micro-lots at an elevation of between 1,600 and 1,900 metres. It has been a favourite of coffee producers and their families for generations.
Also, our crops are surrounded by tropical forests in one of the most biodiverse places on earth. This gives our coffee its unique flavour and natural sugars. The Castillo varietal is particularly resistant to pests and disease, eliminating the need for pesticides.

EXOTIC EDITIOS

Exotic is a varietal with a honey process and is organically produced in the mountains of Cajamarca Tolima, Colombia.
The honey process consists of leaving the mucilage in the beans. As a result, farmers use considerably less water because the washed stage is skipped.
The type of variety, the way it is produced (less water), and the honey process (which consists of allowing the beans to ferment in a controlled way with its mucilage) allow coffee lovers to enjoy a perfect combination of sweet and sour. This coffee expresses notes of stone fruits such as peaches, plums, and Lychee.20.00 CAD
